The place where Flavius and friends make their home base when in Kilravock, the once-renowned tavern is now renovated and competently run by innkeeper Duncan of Kinross. It is the place where young Draven first met the Vaqlorii adventurer, Tanneth. In the year following the establishment of the Kilravock Dragon Reach, the inn grew and became popular with humans, the Maedar, and the Vaqlorii alike, catering to their varied interests. |

A PLACE WHERE
PEOPLE COME TOGETHER
Once a great meeting place for adventurers from far and wide, after an Ogre and a rogue dragon (called a Queenard) took up residence there, Kilravock and its famed Inn fell into obscurity and became virtually moribund, until the renowned knight Sir Flavius Franciscus came to town.
After receiving visions from on high, Flavius took on the challenge of vanquishing the monsters - and won! Thereafter, the sleepy little backwater village began its return to prominence, and its Inn began to regain its fame, and its adventurers.

GOOD FOOD AND
GOOD CAMARADERIE
After the combined threat of the ogre and the dragon had been removed, and once the three great races realized they could get along and work with each other, the Inn of the Blue Thistle began to prosper. Trade began to come through and into the Kilravock Valley, and with it, food and drink from many a far off land and clime. Dunc, the illustrious innkeeper, picked up on it and now serves a wide variety of fare, including golk, a Maedar favourite, et al. He also cultivated an impressive menu of wines and ales from most parts of western Varzuun.

THE INNKEEPER
The illustrious and affable innkeeper, called 'Dunc' by friends, does his best to keep the Blue Thistle running smoothly, and to keep the peace between all the wondrous patrons. He excels at meeting their needs and dietary preferences. As a result of meeting so many diverse characters, Dunc is also a font of wisdom and a great source of what is going on in the village and the world. |
